Product Introduction

The defoamer for paper pulping black liquor is specially formulated from polysiloxane, polyether, alcohol esters, dispersants, and other components through a unique refining process. It is designed specifically for defoaming in paper pulping, black liquor, and pulp washing production lines. This product is resistant to high temperatures, strong alkalis, and high shear forces. It maintains excellent continuous defoaming performance even at low dosages. It also offers good emulsion stability and is unlikely to adhere to equipment or mesh fabrics.

Dosage and Method

1. Add directly to the system requiring defoaming.

2. Dosage is 10-500 PPM of the total foaming system. Adjust the actual amount based on foam content and environmental conditions. Prior testing is recommended to achieve optimal defoaming results and dosage.

Packaging and Storage

1. Packaged in 25KG, 50KG, 200KG, or 1000KG plastic drums.

2. Store the defoamer at 5~35°C. Avoid placing near heat sources or direct sunlight.

3. Store as general chemicals. Ensure sealing after use to prevent deterioration.
